When you connect your Google account, we receive your email address, name, and access to your Google Business Profile. We store your business name, location, category, and Google OAuth tokens required to generate your weekly SEO action plan.
We use your information solely to provide the LocalRank service: generating weekly SEO action plans, drafting review responses, and publishing approved Google Posts on your behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
LocalRank accesses your Google Business Profile data via the Google Business Profile API. We use this data only to generate your action plans and post updates you explicitly approve. We do not publish any content to your profile without your confirmation.
Your data is stored in a secure, encrypted database (Supabase) hosted in the United States. OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to communicate with Google APIs on your behalf. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@local-rank.app. Upon deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also revoke LocalRank's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
