Terms of Service

By accessing or using LocalRank ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

LocalRank is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that connects to your Google Business Profile (GBP) via OAuth and delivers: weekly AI-generated SEO action plans; draft review responses; keyword tracking; competitor monitoring reports; and AI-generated city landing pages.

All content and actions are published to Google only after your explicit approval in the dashboard. LocalRank never publishes anything to your profile without your confirmation.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Ensuring all information provided during account setup is accurate and current.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Complying with all applicable laws and third-party policies — including Google's Terms of Service — when using the Service.

LocalRank is billed monthly at $129 per business location. A 14-day free trial is available; your credit card will be charged on day 15 unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may cancel at any time through your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance written notice.

By connecting your Google account, you grant LocalRank read and write access to your Google Business Profile, including the ability to create posts, reply to reviews, and read business information.

You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. LocalRank's use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

LocalRank uses artificial intelligence to generate Google Posts, review responses, keyword suggestions, and city landing page content ("AI Content"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Review before publishing. All AI Content is a draft. You bear sole responsibility for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI Content before it is published to Google or any other platform.
• No warranty of accuracy. AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated statements ("hallucinations"). LocalRank makes no warranty that AI Content is factually accurate, complete, legally compliant, or appropriate for your business.
• Policy compliance is your responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all published content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform policies, including Google's content and spam policies.
• No liability for published AI Content. LocalRank is not liable for any damages, penalties, suspensions, or claims arising from AI Content that you choose to publish, including inaccurate claims, copyright violations, or policy violations.

LocalRank is a tool designed to assist with local SEO best practices. We do not guarantee any specific ranking position, traffic volume, lead generation outcome, or revenue result.

Search engine algorithms are owned and controlled by third parties (including Google) and are subject to frequent change without notice. Your results may vary based on factors outside LocalRank's control, including your industry, location, competition, the quality of your Google Business Profile, and changes to Google's ranking algorithms.

Past performance of other LocalRank customers is not indicative of your results. Any case studies, testimonials, or examples on our website are illustrative only.

LocalRank interacts with Google's platforms on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Google retains full authority over its platforms and may, at its sole discretion, suspend, de-index, penalize, or take any other action against your Google Business Profile, regardless of whether such actions result from your use of LocalRank.
• LocalRank is not responsible for any action taken by Google or any other third-party platform, including account suspension, content removal, ranking penalties, or de-indexing.
• Automated posting, even when compliant with platform policies, carries inherent risks. By using the Service, you accept these risks.
• LocalRank will not be liable for any loss of GBP access, content, reviews, or business data resulting from Google's platform decisions.

LocalRank's competitor monitoring feature identifies business listings that may exhibit characteristics associated with Google's spam policies ("Potential Policy Violations"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Algorithmic estimates only. All detection scores are algorithmic estimates. LocalRank does not verify, certify, or guarantee the accuracy of any spam score or classification.
• Informational purposes only. Competitor monitoring reports do not constitute a legal finding, a professional opinion, or advice to take any specific action against any third party.
• You act at your own legal risk. Any action you take based on competitor monitoring data — including manually reporting a competitor to Google — is taken at your own legal risk and sole discretion. LocalRank is not liable for any legal claims, counterclaims, or damages arising from actions you take against third-party businesses.
• No automated Google submissions. LocalRank does not submit spam reports to Google on your behalf. Any reports are submitted manually by you through Google's own platforms.

LocalRank's features depend on a continuous, valid OAuth connection to your Google account. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining your Google OAuth integration, including re-authenticating when prompted.
• Google may revoke access tokens at any time — including when you change your Google password, modify account permissions, or after a period of inactivity.
• LocalRank is not liable for any service interruptions, missed review responses, missed weekly action plans, or loss of data resulting from expired or revoked API tokens.
• LocalRank will attempt to notify you via the dashboard when re-authentication is required, but does not guarantee delivery of such notifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• LocalRank, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business, or reputational harm, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
• LocalRank's total cumulative liability to you — regardless of the form of action — shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to LocalRank in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, LocalRank's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your dashboard. LocalRank may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe continued service poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. Your data may be retained for up to 30 days following termination, after which it will be deleted, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

If you are located outside of Israel, mandatory local consumer protection laws may apply in addition to these Terms.
