By accessing or using LocalRank, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LocalRank is a SaaS platform that connects to your Google Business Profile and delivers automated SEO action plans, review response drafts, and keyword recommendations. Actions are only published to Google after your explicit approval.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when connecting your Google Business Profile. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
LocalRank is a subscription service billed monthly. Your subscription begins after the 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial months. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
LocalRank uses Google APIs in compliance with Google's Terms of Service and API policies. You grant LocalRank permission to access and manage your Google Business Profile on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time.
LocalRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any changes to your Google Business Profile ranking.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.
